Greg Rucka is owed a lot of thanks for tweeting about this web comic in its early days. There’s now a group of us where I work who race to read each new page as they unfold over the week.

Evil Charlie seems to be good at his job of being evil. I wonder what his motive is. How he came to be….

He is indeed! I shall (and have) thank him for his immeasurable contribution. It’s very hard to get the word out without help, and I know he’s a big factor in why this comic has been a success so far.

Let everyone know I say hello! And thanks.

That last line by Dark Charlie is eerily similar to the famous Indy quip “Fortune and glory, kid. Fortune and glory.” Did that influence you at all, or is that just a simple twist of fate?

Believe it or not, I’m riffing off Shawshank Redemption there.
