I don’t think this LITERALLY means he’s immortal. I think it’s more a case of “He is insanely lucky, and the gun is not actually loaded.” Although it’d be cool if he really was actually immortal. >3>
Except that’s kind of what the Charlies already DO. They find themselves in the moments before death and stop it from happening. Time passes for them, certainly, but we don’t know if they age or not at all. With the exceptions of Billy and Squirt, who are noticeably at the wrong points in their life for all this, they all really appear to be about the same age. How do we know Charlies aren’t immortal ANYWAY?
I don’t get it. Why is everyone acting like he was just proclaimed immortal?
Doesn’t it just mean that he can go to the time and place of Charlie’s death in any Universe?
…….what? 😉
All I have to say is this: holy shit.
This comic never ceases to amaze me.
And all I could say was “what” LOL
Inventory: Mind: blown 😉
As with all decisions lately for the Scoobies (and cheap plug, Walking Dead), this cannot end well 🙂
Thank you so much. 🙂 I hope you’ll dig Andrus’ story.
Awesome.
Is it okay to say that Andrus is immortal?

You might think that, but I couldn’t POSSIBLY comment. Heh.
Kidding aside, all will be explained.

I’m so freaking excited for this storyline! Andrus has been my favorite evil Everett for a while.
Okay so…not only are the universes anchor-able, but time is too?
For some reason I feel like this shouldn’t surprise me and yet it still does.
Random thought: Is there a Godly Charlie that can do all that and more?
The Godly Charlie question will be answered, and that’s all I can say about that… 🙂
If there is a godlike Charlie, then there must be a devil one too. This will be interesting.
I personally hope for immortality. Literally anchoring yourself to a moment before death so that you can never die sounds fun and full of pathos.

The finding that happens is pretty much the exception as opposed to the rule… Most Charlie’s die, or are dead, depending on how you look at it.
Symbolically, however, and in terms of this story, you are correct.
