    Wait I still don’t get it. How is there a younger Hank in the anchor world? I thought the anchor world is in “now?” Unless this is just a movie or something?

      This is a flashback to “present” Hank as a kid, when he develops his paralytic fear of nuclear war, which is why he then later made a bunker, and knew what to do.
