Oh. Raze anchor, football. “He’s tough.” Oh, man.
^- Things that are more brilliant now that I know what’s going on.

But how did general Everett get so many nukes?

I have a good explanation for the missiles that will appear in the story… it won’t just have magically happened somehow, promise. 😉

I was hoping people would catch the “two minutes” joke… heh.

I really love the shots of the Washington monument and the Taj Mahal.

That last panel doesn’t look to me like the Washington Monument, unless something’s obscuring the bottom half. As a once-DC native, I know my DC Mall. ;2)

      It’s the Rizal Monument…

Of course, Dex isn’t going to miss putting the Philippines into all this wanton destruction. I have a sneaking suspicion you and he were both intoning, “Booom”, “boooom” “Ka-boooom” with each panel.

The whole world is festering with unhappy souls. The French hate the Germans, the Germans hate the Poles.
Italians hate Yugoslavs, South Africans hate the Dutch. And I don’t like anybody very much!
But we can be tranquil and thankful and proud, for man’s been endowed with a mushroom-shaped cloud.
And we know for certain that some lovely day, someone will set the spark off… and we will all be blown away.

Nice. Forgive my ignorance, but where is that from? It’s beautiful.

It’s part of The Merry Minuet, written by Sheldon Harnick and popularized by the Kingston Trio.

This line of thinking is what leads to Ghouls and Supermutants. Just hope somebody thought to build a few Vaults beforehand.

I always notice stuffs from the Philippines. The logo on the cap, the rizal monument, the cutterpillow poster of eraserheads.
What’s the reason behind these stuffs?

I’m just curious, i live in the Philippines by the way. 🙂

Dex lives in the Philippines, so there are homages every now and again, like Easter Eggs. 🙂
