All I can say to that is patience… and time. Heh. He hasn’t forgotten, TRUST me. 😉 He just knew Pavlov was all alone and got distracted by his dick parents.
One question I had when they brought Pavlov back: Earlier, Charlene mentioned that she’s allergic to dogs, but Shrodinger doesn’t give her allergies. Is Charlie Prime’s Pavlov similar, or is the team going to have to invest in allergy meds?
You’ve actually happened upon a pretty good plot hole there. Fortunately, I’m about a year ahead, so I realized that would be a problem AFTER I missed it, and made corrections about a month ago. But it amuses me, because I realized that when I saw this page… because I hadn’t imagined Charlene and the dog interacting (because the dog is very much in the background most of the time).
I have come up with a solution and implemented it (you won’t see it for quite some time), but until then, it’s just never really addressed or looked at. I’ll probably poke at it at some point with a reference to her sneezing and cursing Prime, heh.
Nice! Actually not giving you a hard time about it, if the plot thread was being left to move the story forward, I wouldn’t have minded that much. You’ve reinforced the “it never works out” answer pretty solidly.
The whole thing got me thinking about “show, don’t tell” in writing, and how you had actually “told” pretty well, but now I’m pretty jazzed you are, in fact, going to “show.” Well played, Neal.
No worries, I didn’t take it as a hard time. It just got me thinking, that’s all. I read the comments and sit here and want to be like “In six months…” or “In a year…” and the best I can do is say “MMMMMPH! MMMMPH!” Heh.
One of the hardest things about comics is the way that it’s so hard to see the big picture or even show it when there’s such a small window of story every week/month/day/what have you. There are things I know will happen years from now I’m eager to show you now… and I share that pain, that wanting to know now, so I have to bite my tongue a lot.
Though I will say that, as written, I can’t wait for what happens with that thread to play out… heh.
Damn it, Leo!
“Kill who? Oh right, that thing we made a big deal about going to do! …Meh.”

Also, how badly do I need to get a hobby?

Damned good catch!

Awesome work, I had a great time reading the comic so far ( I just found it today) Keep it up by all means.
Thanks!
