I could be sued for all kinds of things putting out media, but the probability of such is very low, especially when it’s not explicitly capitalizing off a given hypothetical image…
Technically, as I recall, you can get sued for burning a DVD or a CD, though that may have changed. At any rate, they’d go after the Ultimates guys before a low hanging fruit like me, I would hope, and I hope they wouldn’t go after either of us, realizing the mutual benefit of prevalent imagery to the people who might otherwise suppress it.
When he shot DE I thought Squirt was doing it because he thought it was necessary to protect himself and friends. Something that HAD to be done. Regardless, it was badass. However, now he intentionally blew off an authoritative figure. Double badass!
Who really has ANY authority over Charlie, et al., other than themselves? Squirt’s pissed; this is an adult who has NO CLUE, and clearly Squirt considers the team to be his Family. (Remember how upset he was, when they wanted to leave him behind.) Really…I think Neal said Squirt was being bratty…but under the circumstances, I think he’s been pretty well controlled.
Yeah, honestly. I know it seems perhaps odd or sinister, what he’s doing, as adults, but if you watch kids enough, you realize they have the same extremes we do, and he has a logical reason to be pissed at her. This kid can walk through universes and she’s treating him like a putz who will bark for ice cream.
Squirt is mature for his age, but he’s also like every other kid. He wants to be included, and when you try to protect him because of his age, even when it makes total sense, he’ll be resentful you’re not talking to him or treating him on the level.
Here, though, I would say he’s more than half play acting, so the woman won’t stop him from going into the closet, heh. But that’s up to you as the reader. That’s just how I see it.
That’s one hell of a tag, “naked cps worker”. If you get people arriving to the site via a google search for that tag, you might want to keep an eye on them.

Though it might make sense that they put the people wearing clothes in the one place with a wardrobe, and an empty one at that. I should have thought of that, though, and had Dex put in some bullet proof vests or some SWAT gear, heh.
