I love how he knew that Charlene threw the grenade. Best as I can tell, he didn’t actually see her throw it. (I know he probably did, but his assumption that it was Charlene throwing it [unless he was calling Prime a bitch, which seems odd to me] just works better in my head. They all REALLY know each other.)
