Let’s hear it for the little guy! Man, while I was hoping it wouldn’t be someone expected like Charlene, I did not see this coming. Great surprise, and establishes Squirt as more than just the voice of innocence and wisdom.
Yup! This definitely demonstrates maturity or at least awareness beyond the average 8-year-old. Not surprising given that a mass murderer is after his life and his doppelgängers all tried to kill themselves at one point.
Same thing with the previous scene, where he tried to convince Leo not to kill Prime.

Much as everyone’s probably going to be shocked and horrified that a kid shot somebody I’m going to say Squirt made the right call.
We all know DE wasn’t going anywhere good with this and the element of surprise gave Squirt the best chance of actually ending his menace once and for all.

Awesome page title. Great reveal. Sad it wasn’t Charlene but I am excited as to what this may mean for Squirt’s development moving forward.
